If you cannot get supplies from any other source, you may need to treatthe trade supplier as a priority creditor or else they may refuse tosupply you with future stock that is essential to the running of yourbusiness. If you can use another supplier, you may then be able to treat that supplier as a secondary creditor.

If you owe suppliers £750 or more they may threaten you with bankruptcy proceedings. Phone us for advice if you are not sure.
